Our priorities are to safe guard the well-being of our team and customers, without impacting (too much) on the service we provide.

Although it’s business as usual…

We’ve moved to home working where possible and implemented safe social distancing for the remaining office & warehouse team.

Due to this. It may take us a little longer than normal to answer calls, emails and social media messages. I’m sure you’ll understand.

We’ll no longer need a signature for deliveries (we’ll take pictures instead). Leaving goods in your reception, lobby, on your doorstep (making you aware) or letterbox post them.

These measures allow us to adopt a safe social distancing delivery model to safe guard you (our customers) and our delivery team. Due to this, deliveries may be slightly delayed too.

We genuinely care about the well-being of everyone (team, customers & society as a whole) and if there is anything we can help with please contact us.

Our phones & emails will be manned Monday – Friday, 9am till 5:30pm.

Our website & ordering platforms are available 24/7.

And I or one of our home working team will respond to any social media message, as soon as we see it, day or night.
