You can have as many printers and agreements as you like and need. We cater for schools, small business & charities, some only need one, but others want multiple devices, so they can place them in individual departments or classrooms. This helps them control printing costs at department or classroom level.

The beauty of MY Print Service is that if your printer breaks down, we will repair it or replace it by the end of the very next working day. Providing you with certainty of guaranteed support.

Although the business multi-function printers we provide are very easy to install. Yes, this can be arranged and will cost £40 +vat for each hour required (travelling time to be included).

If ordered before 3pm on a working day, they will be posted first class that same day and should be with you the following working day.

Yes, we have a fair usage policy, which is only in place to prevent damage to the equipment. There is a limit of 2,500 pages per month for each individual printer. This is the monthly duty cycle rating for these printers; anything more will simply break the machine.

Yes – MY Print Service entitles you to a fully maintained printer with unlimited ink cartridges for the duration of the contract. Subject to our fair usage policy, which is defined by the monthly duty cycle limits of the printers.

Your initial agreement is only for 12 months. You are then free to cancel at any time, but most clients choose to stay with us after the first year.
